The Sri Lanka Association of Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM) together with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) have published the ‘SLASSCOM Compensation and Benefits Survey’ for the fifth consecutive year.

In-depth information and insights on compensation, benefits and practices in the IT and BPM industry were evaluated in the survey.

Overall objectives of the study are:
– To benchmark the salary and benefits offered for staff at comparable positions among participating companies from the IT and BPM sectors in Sri Lanka and thereby provide market references for industry participants to structure their respective total rewards schemes,
– To provide a platform for IT and BPM companies to study the Sri Lankan market for compensation and benefits in a cost effective and relevant manner,
– To provide an assessment of current trends in compensation practices in Sri Lanka
– To provide insight into prevailing HR issues and modern trends in IT and BPM sectors.
