SLASSCOM has facilitated a Salary and Benefits study for the second consecutive year, independently carried out by PwC. This survey outlines the study approach adopted by PwC along with the observations and analysis resulting from the work carried out during the course of this undertaking.

This year’s report is more comprehensive and it includes a wide spectrum of jobs, a comparison on staff position profiles and provides information on emerging Trends in HR including a benefits comparison on the industry.

The details of the salary and benefits study covered in this document reflects the survey findings from a selected list of companies representing 29 SLASSCOM member companies and 5 non member companies. The overall IT sector sample was 24 companies and 10 ITES (BPO/KPO) companies.
