SLASSCOM together with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) have published the SLASSCOM Salary and Benefits Survey for the third consecutive year. This report provides an in-depth analysis of the emerging HR trends and issues of Sri Lankan IT and ITES industry while providing a comprehensive understanding of the employee retention strategies executed by industry players. The report also analyses wide range of job positions and the benefit packages offered by companies to retain employees. In addition to this, the sample of the study is comprised of small, medium and large IT, ITES, BPO and KPO companies operating in Sri Lanka providing a broad industry perspective on HR practices.
The report provides wide range of statistical data such as market mean, median and percentiles for job positions in IT Sector, ITES Sector and support functions. Therefore, it provides the opportunity for the reader to capture great understanding of the compensation and the benefits structure of the industry.
