WNS has been established in Colombo since July 2004 and is one of the largest BPO providers in the country, with key clients in the Insurance, Legal, Travel , Banking and Financial Service related industries. We currently have over 500 employees providing a broad range of finance and accounting, contact center & customer service , legal , revenue audits and insurance specific services from HNB Towers and Orion City , Colombo.
For our largest client who is the leading UK Insurance Organization we provide end to end finance and accounting services. This includes accounts receivable and accounts payable processing, general ledger assurance, expense reporting and Financial/ Regulatory reporting.
Given our domain expertise in diverse industries ,WNS Sri Lanka has in the past few years been keenly focusing on growing its contact center business .This is with a view to further supporting our clients to out perform. In this regard we are enabling our global and local clients to drive growth in the sphere of customer service and business operations. We provide front line in bound and outbound services to one of the leading local Banks in the Country as well as high end customer contact solutions to leading global Public Sector, Banking & Financial as well Legal Service organizations. At present the business functions as a 24X7 operation.
