Spearheading the knowledge sharing in the field of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) & Data Analytics, SLASSCOM is set to hold the Digital Empowerment Conference 2020 at Galle Face Hotel, Colombo on 10th March, 2020. This year’s conference will provide a center stage for the latest developments in RPA & Analytics, in particular in emerging RPA and Analytics research.

Robotic process automation (RPA) is the application of technology that allows computer software or a “robot” to capture existing process of a transaction, which reads and records data, then trigger responses and communicate with other digital systems, while, Data analytics is the science of analyzing raw data in order to make decisions about that information. Many of the techniques and processes of data analytics have been automated into algorithms that work over raw data for human ready consumption. Data analytics techniques can reveal trends and metrics that would otherwise be lost in the mass of information. This information can then be used to optimize processes to increase the overall efficiency of a business or system.

The event will feature globally as well as locally renowned expert keynote speakers who will share their knowledge and experience related to global trends in technology and research. Organizers expect over 400 professionals from various industries such as Banks, Finance companies, Insurance, and other Multi-National organizations along with IT/BPM companies to attend the event. RPA Conference 2019, held last year was a resounding success with over 300 participants taking part in the event to share knowledge and network.
